ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Asaw P.S. Case No.108 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the I.P.C. and Sections 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of the confessional statement made by one Chandan Kumar Gupta stating that the petitioner is also involved in the same business. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.
