Petitioner is in custody in connection with Panaura P.S. Case No. 164 of 2019 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in snatching bag containing Rs. 1, 25,000/-. Learned counsel submits that the bag was recovered from the possession of co-accused Naushad and Mohan Kumar and not from the possession of this petitioner. However, looted cash was not recovered from any of the accused person. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No. 164 of 2019.
