JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 04.10.2025 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11073 of 2024, whereby, a direction was given to the respondents to consider the representation that may be filed by the petitioner for place of posting after the petitioner has joined his new place of posting.

2. Opposite Party No. 2 / the Secretary-cum-Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, has filed a

Patna High Court MJC No.14 of 2025(9) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 show cause and a supplementary show cause.

3. In the supplementary show cause filed by the O.P. No. 2, in paragraph No. 8, thereof, it has been stated that the representation filed by the petitioner, requesting for a transfer to a place of his choice, has been considered and upon due consideration, the prayer of the petitioner has been rejected vide Memo No. Ma. Si. /Pro. -395/ 2024-358 (Vidhi) Patna dated 06.08.2025.

4. On perusal of the paragraph No. 8 of the supplementary show cause filed by the O.P. No.2- the Secretarycum-Director, Secondary Education, Government of Bihar, Patna, I find that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by the opposite parties.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
