2. The present matter has been listed on motion slip filed by learned counsel for the petitioner pointing out typographical error in paragraph no. 2 of order dated 16.12.2019.

3. As it was not clear as to whether the order passed by a learned Judge of the Court could be modified by another coordinate bench, the Court called upon the Registrar (List) to clear the position. He informed the Court that there was no bar to this Court making correction which is only in the form of a typographical error.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83305 of 2019(3) dt.21-12-2019 2/2 the number of the case should have been typed as "191C2 of 2019" but inadvertently has been typed as "192C2 of 2019". It was submitted that on the second page, the number of the case is correctly mentioned.

5. Having considered the matter, the Court finds the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner to be correct. The number of the case is 191C2 of 2019 as has also been printed in the main application and also in page number 2 of order dated 16.12.2019.

6. In view thereof, the number of the case in paragraph no. 2 of order dated 16.12.2019 is corrected to read as "191C2 of 2019" instead of "192C2 of 2019".

7. Accordingly, the order dated 16.12.2019 stands corrected to the extent indicated above.
