In this case, the petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Nawadah Town Nagar P.S. Case No. 382 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, Section 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act and Section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

This is the second attempt for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court for anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 44829 of 2017 which was rejected vide order dated 21.09.2017.

This Court is not satisfied with the reasons

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86046 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2020 2/2 mentioned in this application. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
