2. The petitioner has sought for recalling the order dated 12.11.2024 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No.106 of 2020 by the Coordinate Bench.

3. For the reasons stated in the present M.J.C. (Restoration) Petition No.25 of 2025 read with the affidavit and in the interest of the litigants, the order dated 12.11.2024 passed in Miscellaneous Appeal No.106 of 2020 by the Coordinate

Patna High Court MJC No.25 of 2025 dt.21-08-2025 2/2 Bench stands recalled and the Miscellaneous Appeal No.106 of 2020 stands restored on the file.

4. Registry is hereby directed to list Miscellaneous Appeal No.106 of 2020 before the concerned Roster Bench at the earliest.

5. The present M.J.C. (Restoration) Petition No.25 of 2025 stands allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand).
