It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on 20.08.2018, no special meeting was convened and the same was deferred to 05.09.2018 but on 05.09.2018 also, no special meeting was convened.

In that view of the matter, in the opinion of this Court, the writ petition has become infructuous.
