This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Baheri P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019, disclosing offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The F.I.R. was registered on 07.08.2019, in respect of occurrence, which had taken place on 06.07.2019. On the basis of statement of victim recorded by the Police Officer on 06.07.2019 in D.M.C.H., Darbhanga, there are six persons named in the F.I.R., who are said to have assaulted the informant, his father and mother. It is alleged against the petitioner that he hit the informant in his head, causing injuries. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Considering the injury report as available in the case diary, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 171 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
