JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 The short prayer of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the outstanding dues of Rs. 712018/- be directed to be taken by the respondent company in installments. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would deposit a sum of Rs.2.5 lacs by 24.09.2018 and the balance amount would be deposited in six monthly installments.

It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent Company be directed to install a

Patna High Court CWJC No.17721 of 2018 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 test meter since the petitioner has apprehension that the present meter is not working properly.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.2.5 lacs by 24.07.2018 and it is further directed that the balance amount of outstanding dues as indicated in the bill for the month of June, 2018 shall be deposited in six monthly installment.

It is needless to state that the current electricity dues shall be paid separately. The respondent Authorities are further directed to consider the representation of the petitioner regarding installation of test meter and dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from today.

The present writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
