JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2018 Following is the relief sought in the present writ application:- "For issuance of an appropriate writ directing/commanding the respondents to make available the attested photo copy of subject R.B. Non-Hindi, Alternative English, English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of Annual Intermediate Science Examination 2018 bearing Roll Code 85021 and Roll No. 18010145."

The petitioner is also seeking direction to the respondents to re-evaluate all answer-sheets of the petitioner of Intermediate Science Examination, 2018.

From the pleadings on record, it appears that the petitioner has already invoked Right to Information Act, 2006

Patna High Court CWJC No.17419 of 2018(2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 for supply of the said answer-sheets. If the answer-sheets have not been made available to him, the petitioner has remedy of appeal under the Act, which he can take recourse to. With the only observation that the petitioner shall have liberty to take recourse to appropriate provision of law, including the Right to Information Act for supply of the answerbooks, this writ application stands disposed of.
