2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a proceeding under Section 43(b) of the Bihar Pension Rules, 1950 has been passed against him, which has been annexed with the rejoinder. Counsel further submits that since the punishment imposed under Section 43(b) of the Bihar Pension Rules, 1950

Patna High Court CWJC No.982 of 2025(3) dt.23-06-2026 2/2 is still in force, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

3. Counsel also submits that, as per his knowledge, the said punishment order has been challenged in another writ petition. As such, he seeks liberty that, after the said punishment order comes to an end, liberty may be granted to pursue the present petition afresh.

4. Liberty so sought is hereby granted.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
