Md. Helal Ahmad ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2018 Though there are several prayers made in the writ application, learned counsel appearing, on behalf of the petitioner, has confined the relief the following only:- "1. (i) To issue an appropriate writ, order or direction to the Respondent no. 3 and 4 to conduct an inquiry upon the application of the petitioner dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.18114 of 2018(2) dt.10-09-2018 2/3 26.09.2017 (Annexure 2 Series) regarding formation of new Managing Committee in Madarsa 1204, Madarsa Hamidia Nezamia, village Jitwarpur Shiekhpura, P.S. Balia Belon, district-Katihar, Bihar and thereafter to grant recognition to the new Managing Committee."

It is the petitioner's case that because of growing dissatisfaction against the Managing Committee of Madarsa 1204, Madarsa Hamidia Nezamia, Village Jitwarpur Shiekhpura, P.S. Balia Belon, in the district of Katihar, the petitioner and other people of the local area have re-constituted a Committee for approval of which the matter is pending before the Board since 2017. Attention of this Court is being drawn to Annexure2 of the writ application. Learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, has only grievance that the Madarsa Board is sitting tight over his application and seeks a direction from this Court for disposal of the application.

This application is, accordingly, disposed of with a direction to the Chairman, Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, to consider the grievance of the petitioner and take a decision within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production

Patna High Court CWJC No.18114 of 2018(2) dt.10-09-2018 3/3 of a copy of this order. If the Madarsa Board feels any difficulty in disposing of the matter within eight weeks, the Board shall be at liberty to approach this Court for extension of time. This disposes of the application.
