2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 1276 of 2025 arising out of Raxaul P.S. Case No. 238 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3), 3(5) of the BNS and later on Section 103(1) of the BNS was also added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have kidnapped and killed a six year old child.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 5.6.2025. The skeleton of the deceased child has been recovered and materials have also come during investigation to connect him with the crime.

5. In view of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the
