The petitioner seeks bail in Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 50/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that police got information that some persons are ready to sale and purchase a stolen vehicle. The police reached at the place of occurrence and found a silver colour Bolero standing on the road. When they reached near the Bolero vehicle, the petitioner and other accused persons started running away.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55286 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 there is no recovery of alleged vehicle from the conscious possession of petitioner.
The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 50/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
