This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Pupri P.S.Case No.364 of 2018for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased. Case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been attributed against the petitioner and he is in custody for two months. Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, who has appeared suo motu and has opposed the prayer for bail and the death is within six months of the marriage.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.85567 of 2019(2) dt.13-01-2020 2/2 and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, once the charge is framed the petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
