2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1448 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2025 2/3 petitioner submitted that the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions, Government of India had issued the minority status certificate to Muslim Minority Inter College, Lower Nathnagar Road, Tarapur, Bhagalpur and the petitioner has applied before the Education Department for recognition as minority institution, so that, the students of the petitioner's college may take examination of plus 2 class, which is to be held in near future by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB). He further informed that the petitioner's inter college fulfills all the requisite criteria and once it has been declared as minority education institution for graduate teaching, and for plus 2 and the recognition by the State Government is required to be given. However, the representation of the petitioner's college is pending since 19.12.2024 and no action has been taken in this regard, which is in violation of the Constitutional provisions.
3. The State counsel has no objection if the representation is directed to be disposed of in accordance with law.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of the parties, the Additional Chief Secretary, Education
Patna High Court CWJC No.1448 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2025 3/3 Department is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and accordingly communicate to the Chairman of the BSEB.
6. The representation of the petitioner must be dispose of expeditiously in accordance with law, so that, the students at large must not suffer.
7. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the present writ petition disposed of.
