JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-12-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Case No. C2-693 of 2019 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

27 litres of liquor is stated to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that recovery is only a sham and the petitioner has clean antecedents.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2019. Considering the aforestated facts, the

No.83644 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Case No. C2-693 of 2019.
