2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, when the informant was going to his home, in the way, three unknown persons, who were riding on a motorcycle, snatched his mobile set and cash of Rs. 1000/-.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He was not arrested on the spot. Nothing was recovered from his possession and he is under custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.89364 of 2025(2) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 05.10.2023. He has also submitted that on exactly similar footing, other co-accused persons have been granted regular bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 77484 of 2024 and 78318 of 2025.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the period of incarceration, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No. 288 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
