For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Pankaj Kumar Jha For the Respondent/s : Mr. Arvind Ujjwal, SC-4 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.12.2017 passed by the respondent no.5, whereby and whereunder the licence of the PDS Shop of the petitioner has been suspended.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on the basis of filing of an F.I.R., the PDS licence of the petitioner has been suspended and thereafter no action is being taken for either revoking the suspension or cancelling the licence. In such view of the matter, I find that the order dated 18.12.2017 passed by the respondent no. 5 is perverse, hence is quashed. However, liberty is granted to the respondent no.5 to proceed further in accordance with law.

The present writ petition is disposed of.
