2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for violation of the orders passed by the MJC No. 117 of 2024 on 27.06.2024 by the opposite parties. They have willfully disobeyed the order contained in Annexure P/2. Hence, they are liable to punish for committing the contempt of order of this Hon'ble Court."

In this case, the MJC No. 117 of 2024 arising out of CWJC No. 14142 of 2019 was disposed of on 27.06.2024 and it was observed that when the Circle Officer himself has made a request that he shall be taking steps in accordance with the observation made in the writ petition dated 19.07.2019, was asked to take the same to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

4. A show-cause is in the records of the learned SC-25 copy of which has neither been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner nor filed in the Court. In that background, a cost of Rs. 500/- is imposed upon the Clerk of the said office namely, Mr. Irshad Ansari and the amount is to be deposited with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee and the receipt has to be filed in the present case (in the office) by 22.09.2025.

The learned counsel for the State further undertakes to provide a copy of the show-cause to the learned counsel for the petitioner by Monday (22.09.2025) and the receipt showing service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the fine amount have to be filed in the office on 22.09.2025 itself failing which the Clerk will be paying Rs. 1,000/- to the High Court Legal Services Committee if the receipt is/are not filed on 22.09.2025.

6. The show-cause (Annexure-C) of the opposite party nos. 1 and 2 shows that a reasoned order has been passed on 04.07.2024 rejecting the claim of the mother of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts that an order has been passed, allowing the petitioner to challenge the same, MJC No. 28 of 2025 stands disposed of.

8. List under the heading 'To be Mentioned' on 10.10.2025 to peruse the receipt filed by the Clerk, Mr. Md. Irshad Ansari.
