The present petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 03.05.2018 passed in CWJC no.8126 of 2018 by which the Director, Secondary Education was directed to pass an order.

Learned State counsel has taken this Court to the show-cause preferred on behalf of the opposite party no.2 by

Patna High Court MJC No.3471 of 2018(9) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 which the order no.880 dated 30.04.2019 has been brought on record to show that the Director, Secondary Education, Bihar has since passed the order.

In that view of the matter, this Court is satisfied that the order stands complied.

If the petitioner still has come grievance he has liberty to agitate the same by challenging the said order. The contempt petition stands disposed of.
