The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jehanabad Police Station Case No.310 of 2018 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 63 of Copy Right Act, 1957.
The impugned order would reveal that the petitioner is already on bail after appearance before the Police in pursuance of provisions of Section 41(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The impugned order further reveals that investigation of the case is still pending. In the circumstances, the petitioner does not apprehend his arrest.

In the event of submission of charge sheet against the petitioner and appearance of the petitioner before the court below, his prayer for regular bail shall be considered in the light of judgment of this Court in the case of Mahendra Singh versus State of Bihar, reported in 2004 (3) PLJR 491.
