The petitioners are in custody in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 357 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66A of the Information Technology Act. Allegation against the petitioners is that they have withdrawn money from ATM, debit card of other persons. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The petitioners are in custody since 15.09.2019.

No.82569 of 2019(3) dt.18-03-2020 2/2 criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 15.09.2019, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Gaya in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 357 of 2019, subject to the further condition that immediately after release they are required to report to Civil Surgeon, Gaya and tender service as volunteer in District Health Centre, Gaya for a period of one month from the date of release.
