This application for regular bail arises out of Bihar Sharif P.S. Case No. 339 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. One Raju Kumar is said to have produced before the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Nalanda College Branch, his confirmation letter for his appointment as peon in the Bank, which appeared to be forged. Based on the said allegation, the F.I.R. has been registered. It is alleged that in course of investigation, the petitioner's name emerged, who is said to have made available the said letter to the accused, Raju Kumar.

No.61911 of 2018(2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner contends that there is no concrete material to suggest that it was the petitioner who had made available the said letter to coaccused, Raju Kumar, nor there is any cogent circumstantial evidence to make out a case against the petitioner. He has also submitted that accused Raju Kumar has said to the police in course of investigation that the letter in question was made available by someone else and not the petitioner. Considering the above submission, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bihar Sharif in Bihar Sharif P.S. Case No. 339/2018.
