Petitioner is accused in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 (POCSO 53/19) registered under Sections 376, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and section 4 of the POCSO Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that in the present case, the first information report is lodged after lapse of one month. Petitioner and informant got married just after lodging of the first information report (Annexure-2 series). Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the case and a joint compromise petition has been filed before the Court below vide Annexure-3. I is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.87106 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 custody since 25.09.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 127 of 2019 (POCSO Case No. 53 of 2019).
