2. Petitioner has inter alia prayed for following reliefs in the paragraphs No.1 of the writ petition:- "That this writ petition for issuance of Writ or CERTIORARY for setting aside the part order issued vide Memo No.328 dated 05.12.2012 of Zila Sikshak Niyojan Appillay Pradhikar (District

Patna High Court CWJC No.1536 of 2025(2) dt.30-01-2025 2/2 Teacher Employment, Appellate Authority, Katihar relating to petitioner only by which Appeal No.17 of 2010 of the petitioner and other two Appeals all were heard together and all were rejected. The case of the petitioner (Appeal No.17 of 2010) has been rejected on the ground that the name of the petitioner is not in application list he did not appear in counselling held on 28-02-2009."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks liberty to file appeal before the State Appellate Authority against the decision of the District Appellate Authority.

4. Considering the aforesaid submission made on behalf of petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
