The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Ahiyapur P. S. Case No. 810 of 2019 dated 06.07.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 290 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 34, 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation in the F.I.R. and the fact that the petitioner earlier was made accused in a case of similar nature, I am not

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. However, should the petitioner surrender before the court below and seeks bail, the court below shall consider it on its own merits and shall pass order in accordance with law, without being prejudiced by the fact that the present petition has not been entertained by this Court.
