2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Barh P. S. Case No. 357 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. Allegation against petitioner is that he along with co-accused Roma Kumari @ Payal brutally murdered her son as he was objecting her illicit relation with this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name transpired during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Roma Kumari @ Payal. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that there is direct and specific allegation that this petitioner along with co-accused Roma Kumari committed murder of the deceased as he was objecting their illicit relationship. Complicity of the petitioner in the aforesaid offence has also been found in the telephonic conversation as also, co-accused Roma Kumari, in her confessional statement, stated about involvement of petitioner in the said crime. It is further submitted that even father and sister of the deceased had also stated involvement of this petitioner in the offence.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and materials available on record, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
