ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 01.10.2019 in connection with Udakisunganj P.S. Case No.382 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 307, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there was no repetition of blows nor was there any intention of killing as there is no intervening circumstance. It is further submitted that the petitioner is also not having any criminal antecedents and he shall co-operate in any further investigation. Admittedly, there was a land dispute between the parties which led to the scuffle and there was no intention
