The petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 106/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that informant has raised suspicion against this petitioner for kidnapping his daughter. Statement of victim girl has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein she has stated that this petitioner had taken her to his house to do some work and thereafter on the next day, he brought her to her house. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57669 of 2018 (2) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Ramgarh P.S.
