2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiating contempt proceeding against the Opposite Parties/Contemnor, who have deliberately and wilfully violated the order dated 28.02.2024 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5415/2020 by this Court where by and where under direction has been given to opposite party no. 2 to take appropriate

Patna High Court MJC No.52 of 2025(5) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 decision and to pass a reason order within Four months from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner which has not been complied till today.

3. Pursuant to the last order, a show cause on behalf of opposite party no. 5 has come and the learned State counsel has taken this Court to different paragraphs to show that an order has been passed by the Collector, Siwan and the same has been communicated vide memo no. 6100 dated 13.12.2025.

4. In view of the fact that an order has been passed, granting liberty to petitioner to agitate/challenge, if required, MJC No. 52 of 2025 is disposed of.
