The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mahnar PS Case No.315/19 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation of stabbing against the petitioner to one Pratima Kumari. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case and the injury is on both sides.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that there is specific allegation against the petitioner and the injury of the Pratima Kumari is found to be danger to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.212 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 life, which will appear from Annexure-2.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
