KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-12-2018 This case has been listed under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner to modify the order dated 26.11.2018 as some discrepancy had crept in the order. Learned counsel for the Vigilance is also present. The order dated 26.11.2018 is modified to the extent that petitioner shall deposit Rs.5 lacs before the furnishing the bail bond and thereafter shall be released on provisional bail and within six months of release from prison petitioner will deposit remaining amount of Rs. 9,19,000/- and after deposit of said amount the provisional bail granted to petitioner shall be confirmed.

The order dated 26.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66465 of 2018 is modified to that extent.
