2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 80(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that Juli Kumari (deceased) was married to one Rakesh Kumar in the year 2019. It is further alleged that she was subjected to cruelty on account of non-fulfillment of dowry demand of Rs. 50 lacs. It is also alleged that, ultimately, she was killed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is mother in-law of the deceased and the nature of allegation is general and omnibus. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also brought to the knowledge that the petitioner is suffering from cancer. Moreover, she is languishing in judicial custody since 15.10.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 1106 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1, Danapur, Patna.
