Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.83 of 2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 167, 420, 466, 468,471, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation as per the complaint petition against the petitioner of manipulating in the Jamabandi register and opening a new Jamabandi register in the name of the other coaccused. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is the Circle Officer and Rajashwa
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86175 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 Karamchari is the custodian of the Jamabandi register, as such he is no way responsible for the same and moreover he is a government servant and ready to abide by any condition imposed upon him.

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No.83 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
