2. The present application has been filed:

against the Respondent for defying the order dated 22.04.2024 passed by Hon'ble Justice Rajiv Roy in C.W.J.C 17284

Patna High Court MJC No.57 of 2025(4) dt.11-04-2025 2/2 of 2021 in a deliberate and presumptuous manner to the violation and detriment of Petitioner's right to enjoy the use of his land despite explicit orders of this Hon'ble Court.

3. A show cause on behalf of the District Magistrate, Gaya is on record along with the annexure showing the board which has been affixed pursuant to the order passed by the Writ Court.

4. This Court is satisfied that the order stands complied, the petitioner accordingly, stands disposed of.
