ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.433 of 2017 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 498A, 506 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.1 is the father-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is the sister-in-law of the informant, who has made allegation against the entire family. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have no role to play and have no criminal antecedents.

No.62583 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.433 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
