The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bikram P.S. Case No.253 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioners assaulted all the family members of the informant by different weapons.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that some altercation took place between both sides for flow of drainage and in such scuffle the informant's side got injuries. The injuries are simple in nature. The other accused persons have already been enlarged on bail by the learned court below. No injury is

Having considered the facts that omnibus and general allegations are made against all the accused persons including the petitioners and the injuries sustained by the informant's side are simple in nature, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Danapur (Patna) in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.253 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Harish/- U T
