Having regard to the nature of allegation the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to approach the court below for grant of regular bail.

In the event the petitioners above named surrender before the concerned court below and pray for regular bail the court below will consider and dispose of the application on the same day on its own merit without being influenced by the order passed by this Court.
