The petitioner filed this writ petition only for a direction to the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to dispose of the proposal of the petitioner(Annexure-2) for grant of approval of the Managing Committee. Headmaster of the school sent the proposal for approval of the newly constituted Managing Committee after the death of the Chairman of the Managing Committee.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1004 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2020 2/2 Having considered the facts, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board to consider the proposal of the petitioner(Annexure-2) and dispose of the same within three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
