In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Baruraj P.S. Case No.90 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner has criminal history, at the same time, he has been remanded in the present case and it has been transpired that he was also involved in snatching motor cycle. As it is a case of road robbery, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and, accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year of custody.
