Petitioner is accused in connection with Raxaul P.S. Case No. 207 of 2018 registered under Sections 413, 414/34 of the I.P.C. and 37(b) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Only on the basis of suspicion, he has been implicated in this case. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2018, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
