No. 11594 of 2018 to the extent that the encroachment has to be removed from the public road adjacent to the land of the petitioner as well as the land appertaining to Thana No. 1055, Tauzi No. 3296, Khata No. 245, Khesra No. 645 situated in Mauza Vrindavan, P.S. Uchkagaon, District - Gopalganj, however, it has wrongly been recorded as Khata No. 50, Survey Plot No. 646, moreover, Encroachment Case No. 07 of 2017/18 has been recorded instead of 08 of 2017/18.
Patna High Court MJC No.3825 of 2018(2) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 In the circumstances, the order dated 27.06.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11594 of 2018 is modified to the extent that encroachment has to be removed from the public road adjacent to the aforementioned land of the petitioner and Encroachment Case No. 08 of 2017/18 be read instead of 07 of 2017/18.
