The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Recovery of liquor is alleged from a motorcycle parked in front of Bathan of the petitioners. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. Submission is that neither the motorcycle was of the petitioners nor the petitioners had knowledge about the liquor. Only on suspicion, the petitioners have been implicated in this case.

No.83680 of 2019(2) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No.379 of 2019, with following conditions:
(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
