The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by a judgment rendered by this Court in CWJC no. 8963 of 2018 dated 11.05.2018.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the case of the petitioner would be examined by the concerned authority in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 11.05.2018 and in case, it is found that the case of the petitioner is covered by the said judgment, appropriate relief would be granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Samastipur by filing a representation within a period of two weeks from today which shall be examined by the said authority in light of the aforesaid judgment dated 11.05.2018 and appropriate orders shall be passed within a period of six weeks thereafter.
