2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Murar P.S. Case No. 85 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 309(6), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed loot.

4. The name of the petitioner has come in the selfinculpatory statement of the co-accused.

5. In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail. It is made clear that
