The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Desari (Sahdai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019 registered under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law and petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. Further submission is that husband of the deceased is already in custody. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.83248 of 2019(4) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari (Sahdai O.P.) P.S. Case No. 221 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
