2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the Basgit Parcha dated 08.04.1982 granted in favour of respondent No. 4 vide Case No. 2/1981-82 with respect to 2 Khata 2 Dhoor land of old khesra No. 447, Khata No. 47 situated in Village-Parkauli, AnchalBenipatti, P.S.- Benipatti, District-Madhubani and/or pass such other order or orders restraining the respondents to interfere with the possession of the petitioner."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with liberty to move before the appropriate forum.

4. In view thereof, as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law.
