2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 357/2025, arising out of G. B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and u/s 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. There is recovery of one loaded country made pistol, ten pieces of brown-yellow charas from the possession of co-accused Golu @ Anshu Singh and from the possession of coaccused Vishal Singh, one loaded country made firearms was recovered. Both the co-accused persons has disclosed the name of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2025 having six criminal antecedents.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also there is no recovery made from the possession of the petitioner, period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Additional Sessions Judge, 7th Siwan,/successor Court in connection with Sessions Trial No. 357/2025, arising out of G. B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016, with a condition:- (i) The petitioner will mark his attendance at Daraundha Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the local Police Station will result into cancellation of his bail bond.

8. It is made clear that any observation made herein is prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of
