The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 139 of 2018 for the office registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the pettier submits that there are series of litigations with case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that both side sustained injuries. The same fact has been corroborated in the first information report which is annexed as Annexure -2 to the present application. Considering the nature of dispute between the parties and that there is case and counter case between the parties and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the

Case No. 139 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
